Chuck, performed by Ed Westwick, was left heartbroken when he believed his Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester) had stood him upward at the Empire State Building. But she was only delayed due to the birth of Dorota and Vanya’s baby. Chuck was getting ready to finally propose to Blair. Chuck and Blair will have a happy ending… or it could be not! Chuck is definitely an idiot he seems to be punched for sleeping with someone’s sister (what else is totally new?) and ends up being mugged. When Chuck tried to salvage the engagement ring he was about to give Blair, he was shot. Chuck is left for dead on the ground. THE END!

Will Chuck survive? Does he deserve to survive? Will Blair ever be happy? There is simply one thing we know for sure – Chuck will return for a new season of Gossip Girl. But do not rule out flashbacks, dreams, fantasies and even the possibility that he will return being a ghost.
